Open Saturdays at Andalusia are now available with guided tours of the Big House and self-guided access to the gardens. Big House tours have limited capacity due to social distancing efforts.
Learn about the country home of Nicholas Biddle, President of the Second Bank of the United States, surrounded by spectacular grounds with architectural delights and native woodlands. Placed on the National Register of Historic Landmarks in 1966, the Big House continues to provide an unparalleled look into our nation's past, while at the same time allowing visitors a glimpse into the lives of a family that helped shape its future. We now require all visitors to wear masks while inside the Big House, masks are optional in the gardens.
Visitors can bring a picnic lunch to enjoy along the river's edge. Please note that we have a "carry-in, carry-out" policy.
